General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Acceptance of Terms

These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed upon by SASU ISF TRADING, headquartered at 1-3, Allée Lavoisier, 59650 Lille (Siret No: 952909778), hereinafter referred to as “the seller,” and any individual or entity wishing to make a purchase via the website filteraroma.com, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer.”

The buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing an order on the filteraroma.com website. Any order placed implies acceptance of these terms and conditions without reservation. These terms govern the contractual relationship between filteraroma.com and its clients, and both parties accept them without reservation. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other conditions in any other document unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by filteraroma.com. The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in effect at the time of the order.

Before confirming acceptance of the offer, the buyer should verify:

•The details of their order (including product, discounts, payment method, and delivery method)

•The total price, including taxes

•Personal information (name, delivery address, etc.) and correct any errors

To avoid multiple orders due to uncertainty about successful registration, an order confirmation email will be sent promptly. This formalizes the buyer’s intention to contract.

Article 2: Products and Pricing

The product pages on filteraroma.com may include the following information:

•Product images

•Product name and reference

•Brief and complete descriptions

•Usage recommendations, including prohibitions

•Technical details (packaging, weight, dimensions, brand, etc.)

•Associated accessories

•Presentation videos, where applicable

Article 3: Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified during the order. The delivery address can differ from the billing address. Once the tracking status indicates “distributed” or “delivered,” no further action can be taken. Filteraroma.com commits to liaising with the carrier as long as this status is not validated.

Damaged products will be replaced upon receipt of photographic evidence of the packaging and the damaged items. For international orders, filteraroma.com is not responsible for customs delays or seizures. The buyer will be assisted in providing relevant information to resolve such situations but cannot claim compensation for these events.

If a package is undelivered due to recipient-related issues (e.g., incomplete address or failure to collect), reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees. Delivery times typically average 48 hours. Delays caused by postal services do not entitle the buyer to compensation or order cancellation.

Force majeure events (e.g., war, strikes, accidents) release the seller from delivery obligations. Partial deliveries may occur without additional delivery charges.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L121-20, buyers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification, though return shipping costs apply. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Include the original invoice with returns. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Article 5: Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. Claims for non-conforming products must be submitted via the contact form on the website. Warranty claims are void in cases of misuse, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow usage instructions.

Article 6: Liability

The buyer acknowledges that filteraroma.com is not the manufacturer of the products. The seller cannot be held liable for damages arising from Internet-related risks, such as service interruptions or data loss.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All elements of the filteraroma.com website are the intellectual property of SASU ISF TRADING. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any part of the website is prohibited.

Article 8: Personal Data

According to the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, buyers’ personal information may be subject to automated processing. Buyers have the right to oppose the disclosure of their information and to access or correct their data.

Article 9: Disputes

The buyer is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of products purchased. Disputes will be addressed in good faith. If no amicable solution is reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts.
